WELCOME TO MY "GET AWAY" PLACE

Sometimes we need to have someplace to go to help our minds relax from all the stress we encounter. Believe me, I am no different, because there is "always something" going on. I love to go into my own little world to read and explore all the things people are doing with their talents in the art fields. I have learned so much in a short time by watching videos and reading blogs of very generous people who freely give of their time to share their art with others. Thank you to all of you. You have inspired me, and I hope as I continue to post on this blog, I may someday inspire you.

My own space

Finally my basement is complete. It took longer than I expected. But well worth it. Words can not explain what it is like to get away for a few moments of time and be a little selfish. Maybe now I can get inspired .

Pictures of some of my work

I love to make journals and little picture books. They are so handy to write down thoughts and plans. They are also good to remember some special times. They also make great gifts.
I always like to make some special places inside so that secret little notes can be added. Maybe an extra picture or just a business card of something that you admire. They are a fun way to make memories easy to remember.
I really like to share thoughts and ideas but please do not use pictures of my work without my permission
