WELCOME TO MY "GET AWAY" PLACE

Sometimes we need to have someplace to go to help our minds relax from all the stress we encounter. Believe me, I am no different, because there is "always something" going on. I love to go into my own little world to read and explore all the things people are doing with their talents in the art fields. I have learned so much in a short time by watching videos and reading blogs of very generous people who freely give of their time to share their art with others. Thank you to all of you. You have inspired me, and I hope as I continue to post on this blog, I may someday inspire you.

I have been very bad at posting lately.
So I will show a few things I have been doing for the last
couple of months. A couple of vintage purses (which still needs
handles). Some tags, distressed and some waxed. And some
ATC's. The wax on the tags is applied very thin as they will crack
if applied too thick. I hope everyone will be patient with me as
I am very new to this blogging thing and am still learning how to
post and add pictures. Please enjoy and if you have comments please

I know what you mean re posting pix - even with the preview, you can never tell where they are going to end up. I find it easiest to write what I want, load up the pix then cut&paste them where I want them. Then preview & pray! I usually end up publishing the post, edit, publish, edit ... until I get it right. It so annoys me the pictures won't go exactly where I want them to! I wish I knew of an easier way.
