WELCOME TO MY "GET AWAY" PLACE

Sometimes we need to have someplace to go to help our minds relax from all the stress we encounter. Believe me, I am no different, because there is "always something" going on. I love to go into my own little world to read and explore all the things people are doing with their talents in the art fields. I have learned so much in a short time by watching videos and reading blogs of very generous people who freely give of their time to share their art with others. Thank you to all of you. You have inspired me, and I hope as I continue to post on this blog, I may someday inspire you.

Another cold snow day

I guess I can be happy that I do not live out east. They are getting really blasted.


It has been crazy around here. My son and his family moved in while they are finishing their house. So there is always a buzz of activity going on. I did get to fit a few projects in. I did a few more pages in my fabric book. A picture frame done with a technique found in a book co-authored by Carol Wingert (love her art). And some glass coated with UTEE.
